Every Chevy Corvette generation is distinctive in its own right. The first one started off this fine legacy. The second brought pop-up headlamps and a boat-tailed rear. The third traded this for more pumped-up, muscular styling. The fourth introduced a slick digital dashboard and squarer, Eighties styling. The fifth rounded things off and increased power. The sixth saw the entire package get sportier and more potent. The seventh was the last of the front-engined brigade.
